Your child may attend any combination of morning and afternoon sessions, and we provide lunch time supervision for those children wishing to bring their own packed lunch.

Session Times

For 2.5 – 6-year-olds

Monday – Thursday Mornings:  9.00am – 12.00pm                                   

Monday – Thursday Afternoons: 1.00pm – 4.00pm                                                     

Lunch Club Monday – Thursday: 12.00pm – 1.00pm             

The Early Years Educational Entitlement (EYEE) and 2-year-old funding

The EYEE funding is available for each child in the term following their third birthday and 2-year-old funding is available for qualifying 2-year-olds, each for 15 hours per week Help paying for childcare: Childcare you can get help paying for (‘approved childcare’) – GOV.UK

Extended Entitlement

The Extended Entitlement of 30 hours per week for qualifying families is available Free Childcare for Working Parents: Overview – GOV.UK Please Note: applications must be made BEFORE the start of term and the childcare CODE and your NI number emailed to us.

Extra Charge

Chargeable extras (for consumables, snacks and the extra activities we provide) cost £2.00 for each funded session.

For those who attract Early Years Pupil Premium, no additional charges will be made for funded hours, check your eligibility Get extra funding for your early years provider – GOV.UK  and complete the declaration form and return to us.

Full Fees for Sessions and Lunch Club

Full fees are payable for any hours attended over and above the funding and for a child not receiving funding.

Full Fees per 3-hour session

3-year-olds and older: £18.50

Lunch Club £6.17

2-year-olds: £24.27

Lunch Club £8.09

We reserve the right to change fees and charge SEND fees in line with DCC Inclusion Funding to provide children with additional support as required.

Parents are invoiced once per term at half term for the whole term. Invoices can be found on Tapestry and are payable within once month of receipt.
